Auto exhaust flexible pipe with interlock(outer wire braided) is composed by outer wire braid, double layer bellows and interlock, which has added interlock inside based on routine products, as it’s used for assembly and maintenance for middle-high oriented cars, outer wire braided is divided into routine braid and woven mesh, the structure of products are more strength due to the add of interlock inside, there’s evident effect in terms of damping and reduction of noise. It’s belong to high level series products among auto exhaust flexible pipes.

2. Processing of braid
Our braid products are done strickly followed our internal flow of processing, the products are in accordance with technical requirements such as: no less wire, broken wire, selfless head leakage, uniform appearance, close strict etc. for each process there’s a strict Quality Test Procedure.
